what happens to the concentrations of H+, OH-, acetic acid? what happens to the pH and pKa?

pKa never changes
The pH increases since the conjugate base of acetic acid is added
hence the H+ concentration decreases, the OH- concentration increases and the acetic acid concentration increases due to the la chatelier principle, though only if there were no volume changes.
