Okay, I know that TEM are used for thin sections of cells or tissues and SEM are used for viewing three dimensional objects. I also know that TEM are used to look at Golgi bodies and SEM are used to look at pollen grains. Are there any other objects that can be looked at under TEM and SEM.

You may look at whatever you want as long as it can fit in the  chamber and withstand a vacuum (ie, it can't be a living specimen).
