if you want to separate benzene from a solution of 60 ml of toluene and 90 ml benzene. benzene's bp is  80 degrees c and toluenes bp is 111 degrees c.

I would assume you use fractional distillation... but there is a 30 degree difference. An efficient column is probably needed. And what is the relavance of their volumes?

30 degree difference is plenty enough for fractional distillation to work. i dont think the volume makes a difference on the separation.
