If autoregulation/local regulation does not work to increase GFR, the next step would be
   
secrete thyroid hormone
   
renin secretion
   
decrease sodium levels
   
decrease chloride levels

If I'm not mistaking:
Renin secretion,
so we will have more sodium and water uptake,(to increase the GFR) and the sodium level in the Urea will decrease.
