No pun intended, but nut allergies are getting more and more common. Now, new research suggests that by changing the protein structure of nuts, we may be able to create hypoallergenic nuts that even the severely allergic can eat. Which begs the question, would you risk eating these chemically modified nuts?

Stay away from food modification. Natural Taste and quality is gone after modification. For example look at tomatoes that are like wood now, tasteless watermelon and other natural fruits and foods. What a joke! While the greedy and controlling Bio food corporations become richer (and I am not an enviromentalist or the likes either).
