Could someone please tell me what mediates the peptide bond formation by peptidyl transferase in the large ribosome?

One of my practice test questions is this fill in the blanks task:
Peptide bond formation is catalysed by peptidyl transferase, a catalytic activity that is thought to be mediated by the major **__BLANK__** molecule in the large ribosomal subunit.

I was reading and didn't know if ribozyme was the right BLANK, or if it was simply just the A site of the large ribosome or maybe something else?

Thanks for your help in advance!
