Depend on the chart, how to find linear and exponential model? Round to the Nearest Thousandths.

paper say "Round to the nearest thousandths"

My professor said On the Linear side,  the ones place represents the millions place so this will need to be done on the entire project. This equation will affect the answers below for slope and initial value from the model.

On the Exponential side, do not writing equation with the e but form y = a(b)^x. 
the rate of growth is the base minus 1.
