At least at the college I am considering. Aren't Earth and Environmental Science the same thing. If not, what's the difference. Under which of these does geography fit?

Not really, no. Environmental sciences concentrate on ecology, the biosphere, and human interactions/impacts. The Earth Sciences are a bit of a broader net, covering such topics as geology, geomorphology, tectonics, etc which are normally glossed over in environmental science.

Geography straddles social sciences (human geography) and earth sciences (physical geography).
