Hi,

I understand that lysozyme is an antibiotic found in secretions like mucus/saliva/tears, but I'm curious on how much of it is found in the blood. Thanks for any help!

Lysozyme is a component found in cells, never found in blood. Cells make lysozyme and then it's secreted.
